Packing overview
Are you looking for an overview of everything you need for your outdoor adventure, for example our Outdoor Water Sports FlipSheets Packing List? We have given this a lot of thought and asked many swimmers, divers and freedivers what the minimum equipment should be. We have compiled these considerations and discussions for you in overviews of what you should have with you in the respective disciplines – our FlipSheets ! With these packing lists you are so well equipped that you can go into the water at any time and “carefree”. If, from your point of view, elementary things are missing from the lists, please send us an email and we will check whether this could and should be another item for everyone on the list.
The swimming tour
In addition to the well-known sports of swimming and diving, we have developed the sport of “swimming”. Inspired by the activities of the ” Outdoor Swimming Society ” from England, as well as by diving hikes or “Seatrekking” by ” Aetem ” (also a Bavarian company), we have developed “swimming hikes” or “swim hiking”. The difference between “trekking” and “hiking” is that “trekking” lasts several days, while “hiking” is a daily activity. We don’t define swim touring in terms of distances, but we think it only includes distances of 2 km or more. A beautiful swimming route, for example, is the circumnavigation of the Hartsee in Bavaria. We have put together further information on swimming hikes for you on our topic pages!

The lists are available for you to download free of charge, both in German and in English. We recommend that you print out the respective list and have it laminated in the nearest copy shop so that you can always have it with you and you can use it for a long time. If you prefer to use your mobile phone, we recommend downloading the ” Dive App “. There you can create the so-called “Checklists” under “Tools”. Simply type in our list and save it there!
